IGA Perth Royal Show Attractions and Fireworks Western Australia

The IGA Perth Royal Show is one of the biggest and most anticipated events in Western Australia, offering an unforgettable experience filled with attractions, family fun, and spectacular fireworks. Each year, the Royal Show draws visitors from all over, showcasing the best of WA’s agriculture, entertainment, and local produce. From thrilling rides and carnival games to interactive animal exhibits, the show offers something for everyone.

One of the key highlights is the variety of animal displays, where visitors can see farm animals up close, including sheep, cows, and horses. There are also dog shows, horse riding events, and even pig races that are a hit with kids and adults alike. The diverse food stalls bring together the best flavors of WA, featuring fresh local produce, gourmet treats, and international delights.

As the sun sets, the night sky is lit up by a breathtaking fireworks display that leaves the crowd in awe. The fireworks at the Perth Royal Show are truly a must-see, capping off each day of the event with a colourful and dramatic finale. With so much to see and do, the IGA Perth Royal Show continues to be an annual favourite for families, friends, and visitors of all ages.

IGA Perth Royal Show Attractions and Fireworks 2015 this year is scheduled for 24 September until 1 of October 2016 at Perth, Western Australia.

The IGA Perth Royal Show is WA’s most important and the longest-standing community event. The RAS first coordinated the Royal Show as the Annual Fair and Cattle Show at Guildford in 1834 before moving to Claremont Showground in 1904. The Perth Royal Show has been staged continuously since 1834 except for the years during World War I and II when the Showground was used as an accommodation and training base for military personnel including the 10th Light Horse and 16th and 17th Battalions.

All our major attractions are free. The IGA Perth Royal Show has 400 entertainers, 300 performances and nearly 100 hours of entertainment every day.
The RAS is passionate about educating people of all ages about agriculture and our interactive learning exhibits tell the story of agriculture to hundreds of thousands of urban West Australians. We believe it is important that WA families understand the significance of agriculture to our economy and appreciate the innovation, efficiency and technology that supports it.
